The heaviest box was around 50 kg and apart from fitting this into a car, there also has to be some poor sucker (or a couple of such) to drag it around. Heavy shit, I can tell you!
Anyway, our first attention went to the desk which we still assembled on Saturday (and you can see a photo here). The real challenge was the wardrobe, which we put together today.
Step 1:
Get rid of everything you have in the old wardrobe. I was done in 5 minutes, but for Lamia this was a more time consuming exercise (I have only two shirts and one set of socks and underwear anyhow).

Step 2:
Assemble the three bodies, connect them to each other and figure out how the drawers work...

Step 3:
Continue to place the insides and finish them.

Step 4:
Realize that there is nothing foreseen by IKEA to help you attach the handles to the doors and to ensure they are on the same height. Fiddle around with a water-level, a pencil and a set of rulers to come up with a system to achieve just that. Desperately understand that you will fail for sure and make an uneven mess out of the front of one of the most important furnitures for your girl in the house.
Start sweating.
Realize after some worrying that the challenge can be met by drilling holes in the first door and put it on top of the next one to simply use it as a template to copy the drilled holes (careful with the doors which swing open to the other side!).
Step 5:
Behold the beauty of perfect alignment.

Looking good!
More photos here... (though I am not sure this is my ass on photo number 5).
