I didn't get a text message by when the Telenet technician will arrive this morning, but I received an automatic call yesterday night, confirming he will be here at 8 am.
And hands down: the guy was ringing the bell at 8 am sharp!
Again a very friendly person.
He looked at the modem, said the check would take him 45 minutes.After hearing from me that most likely the cables in the cellar are not connected right, he corrected the time to 20 minutes.
I will have breakfast now and see what happens next.
