Screen on the Wall
The other bit that is great about the new desk is my 22" display which I connected to the wall.
Gee! - I had to drill some big holes and the plastering around one of them was popping off in a big piece. In the end the installation went fine, however, and the elegance of a screen which is directly connected to the wall is quite stunning.

I'm curious about your further experience with a solidly mounted screen that's an armlength's away from your eyes.
So far it's alright but I will keep reporting...
(Lamia will kill me if I remove this display again, leaving four huge holes in the wall...)
