Internet provider call centers are friendly but incompetent... anywhere in the world

I like the offers of Telenet, but when I finally received a confirmation email for activating the cable and the Internet / phone / TV package, they had selected the wrong Internet pack and also had not included TV.

Friendly people on the phone, but apparently too dumb to write something down.

At least the guy tonight claimed that the price of the package I ordered was 10 Euro less than what I expected. But something tells me that this won't hold true...
