The good thing about sewing the left pocket of your pants when you are actually utterly clueless and have never done this before is, that regardless of how bad you do, nobody can tell anyhow.
And in the rather unlikely case that someone is grabbing into your pocket you probably have other things to worry about (or enjoy) than discussing the quality of your needlework.
