It has been reported that five more people in Belgium have been found infected with the H1N1 virus in Belgium. One of them is said to have been infected at Rock Werchter over the weekend.
And - what are the odds? - I know him!
Now, Wired nicely sums up in its current issue that H1N1 is actually not the scary pandemic you might think it is. Compared to real pandemics (like the 1918 flu or - if you enjoy drama - Stephen King's The Stand), the current swine flu is rather "wussy".
Either way, still a hearty 'get well soon' to the friendly music fan...
