Lisa and Jackson think that Macs are pretty...

Well, I knew it: this time we are with mommy Lisa and her 11 year old kid, Jackson. They look for... a "gaming computer".
The budget is again 1500 bucks (what did Lauren do wrong that she was only granted 1000?!) and I admit I was surprised that they carry away a Sony and not a HP like in the last two episodes.

This is the first ad that does not go after the pure pricing, as it is just a fact that in terms of gaming you'd rather buy a Playstation or Wii or a PC because the choice of available games on these platforms is just bigger.
It also has the most aggressive line, yet:

Lisa: Let's go see the Macs.
They are kind of popular at this age...

Ouch!
Even though a ridiculous statement, this one stings...

I'd argue the angle of this ad is so far the strongest, as it is the first that indeed explores a weak spot of the Mac and it is very emotional due to the involvement of the child.

I am curious whether my other hunch with the CAD software will come up in future ads, too.
